Thirty years ago when I started HCC, I never dreamed it would become a national leader in recruiting, publishing and consulting. The neat part is I STILL love coming to work every day! People say our glass is always half full, and I take that as a huge compliment!

Since joining Healthcare Concepts 15 years ago I have enjoyed the dual role of helping home care and hospice companies find excellent candidates and helping candidates find their dream job – we specialize in perfect matches. It’s a real high –I never tire of the excitement of knowing that we’ve helped fulfill two needs, and I truly whistle while I work.

Changes, well they happen over thirty years, but one constant in my life has been my work at Healthcare Concepts! Working with friends has been a good thing, and as the go-to person for forms and manuals, call me anytime and together we’ll figure out exactly what you need.

In my role as Executive Researcher, I assist our recruiters in placing qualified candidates with Home Care and Hospice organizations nationwide. I am excited about what lies ahead!

I have worked in home care for 22 years, and I am also become a TJC and CHAP surveyor.  I know the ins and outs of start-up and regulatory compliance, risk management and operations for home health, hospice, and private duty agencies.  I love filling the role of director on an interim basis to keep my knowledge up-to-date.
