Job Description:
Responsible for the clinical leadership and direction of day to day clinical operations of the organization.  Establishes the strategy and implements the processes for providing cost effective and quality patient care.  Collaborates with other members of the Administrative team to reach corporate goals.  Provides direction to assure quality operations that meet regulatory standards.    Plans develops and establishes policies, business plans and objectives of the clinical organization to compliment the mission and strategic plan of the organization.

Required Credentials:
RN with a Masters degree preferred.  Management experience in a sizable home health organization with multiple product lines.  A proven track record in developing sound clinical practice and providing patient care for a large population.
