Newly developing home health and hospice company is expanding in northern CA region.  As a division of a long term care and assisted living corporation there is tremendous opportunity to affiliate with a fast growing organization developing hospice and home health operations within regions where there is already a corporate presence and ten facilities.  This hospice agency is CHAP accredited with Deemed status and is well supported by the local hospital. 

Job description:
This position is responsible for the overall direction of hospice clinical services.   The Director established implements and evaluates goals and objectives for providing premium care to hospice patients.

Requirements:
An RN with experience in hospice and a proven track record in mentoring and effectively managing staff.
